Requirements:

· Valid Driver’s License (CDL)

· Pass Background Check

· Punctuality and excellent attendance

· Willingness to learn with hands-on training.

· Ability to stand for long periods, lift over 50lbs, walk on uneven surfaces

· Work outdoors

· Team oriented

· Adaptable/flexible -- enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction

· Must be able to follow direction and work with little supervision to complete tasks in a timely manner

· Ability to use/operate hand tools and power tools

Responsibilities:

· Utilize company equipment to mow, trim and maintain customer grounds

· Assist in installation and removal of fencing

· When required by weather conditions, utilize company equipment to remove snow and ice from customer facilities

· Assist in maintaining company equipment

· Daily cleanup and organization of shop and work areas

· Operate various company equipment to perform tasks- Forklift, Skid steer, Gator etc.

· Other General labor duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
